In the 13th minute, Sebastian Jayvier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilbert Woodson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gabriel Rogers kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Sebastian Jayvier sped through Air Nomads's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gilbert Woodson. In the 23rd minute, Sebastian Jayvier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sport Club Corinthians fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Gilbert Woodson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Fidele, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Gilbert Woodson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabriel Rogers's late challenge caught a Sport Club Corinthians's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Air Nomads's zone, Teofilo Fidele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Woodson came out of the goal and Teofilo Fidele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th match minute, Air Nomads was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rocky Calloway to maneuver through the defense. After 48 played minutes, Sport Club Corinthians's Hank Simon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gilbert Woodson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sport Club Corinthians reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Teofilo Fidele made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Sport Club Corinthians's Wilmer Ward slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gilbert Woodson. That made the score 0-10 after 54 minutes of play. Air Nomads's Gilbert Woodson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Air Nomads from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Hank Simon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sport Club Corinthians fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. After 85 played minutes Air Nomads got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Stahl. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofilo Fidele kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilbert Woodson. That made the score 0-15 in the 88 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Richie Dykes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Wilmer Ward notched a goal, 0-16, to the right of Air Nomads's Gilbert Woodson. Gilbert Woodson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th match minute, Sport Club Corinthians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Khairil Swee to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Sport Club Corinthians could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Air Nomads throughout the match.
