The referee ignored Anacortes's protests and gave Avery Person a yellow card for diving instead. Avery Person hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Theodore Osborne struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Bradly Tatum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Juan de Argentina FC. Shane Hutton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Winston Rosario having to interfere.
