Octavio Stahl might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Winston Rosario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octavio Stahl ran back to his position shaking his head. Theodore Osborne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Woodson having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Jesse Roth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Juan de Argentina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Jerrod Tripp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Winston Rosario made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Jerrod Tripp sent off a good shot on target. Abdul Hatfield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Air Nomads getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Abdul Hatfield hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the game, San Juan de Argentina FC's Jesse Roth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilbert Woodson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Gabriel Rogers put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Winston Rosario. In the 33rd minute, Mckinley Jameson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Air Nomads's Abdul Hatfield suffered a sprained foot after 38 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 38 minutes, Ferdinand Marin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Juan de Argentina FC and the Air Nomads players grew even worse after the yellow card. 48 minutes into the match, San Juan de Argentina FC's goalkeeper Winston Rosario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavio Stahl. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, San Juan de Argentina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerrod Tripp came free, but Winston Rosario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesse Roth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Gabriel Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Air Nomads's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Rogers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Winston Rosario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Winston Rosario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Stahl in the 66th minute of play. Air Nomads's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Octavio Stahl in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Avery Joseph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Winston Rosario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Octavio Stahl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Winston Rosario was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Winston Rosario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avery Joseph, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Rogers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Winston Rosario having to make a save. In the 85thth minute of the game Avery Joseph who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Juan de Argentina FC's Winston Rosario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute Gabriel Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Winston Rosario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avery Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Winston Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
