Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Singletary made the kick off which started today's match. Deshawn Rankin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Luciano Ramirez made a huge save. After having played for 10 minutes, Will Clarke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Algood AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Will Clarke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Hood hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Will Clarke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Ramirez having to interfere. After 16 minutes of play, Blasdell's Nicholas Sevilla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rashad Benson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deshawn Rankin in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luciano Ramirez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 25th match minute, Blasdell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Hood to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Algood AFC's zone, Joel Singletary stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rashad Benson came out of the goal and Joel Singletary tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luciano Ramirez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Will Clarke showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Luciano Ramirez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Will Clarke's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. If Will Clarke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Blasdell defense, Will Clarke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Ramirez. The Blasdell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Ramirez should have stopped the shot. Deshawn Rankin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Luciano Ramirez made a huge save. Henry Hood hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Will Clarke made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Algood AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Garrett Tidwell hit a great ball. Luciano Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Will Clarke, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Luciano Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Clarke in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Deshawn Rankin notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Blasdell's Luciano Ramirez. Luciano Ramirez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 68 minutes into the match, Blasdell's goal looked a bit too open when Deshawn Rankin came free, but Luciano Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Will Clarke hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Deshawn Rankin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Algood AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. With a little luck, Algood AFC's Rashad Benson got control of the ball when Nicholas Sevilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Deshawn Rankin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Ramirez was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. If Deshawn Rankin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
