Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dominic Heller took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Young King made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Killers FC's Octavio Rouse tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Young King received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Octavio Rouse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Detroit AFC booed when Killers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Browne didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Killers FC's Wilbert Ewing got a free kick in the 15th minute. Killers FC's Octavio Rouse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stevie Peterson in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Detroit AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Spicer to maneuver through the defense. Dominic Heller struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jonas Siegel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Killers FC. Octavio Rouse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Marques in the 26th minute of the match. Renato Browne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Siegel having to interfere. Jonas Siegel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Browne in the 37th minute of play. If Dominic Heller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Virgil Ashby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Rouse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Marques in the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Dominic Heller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Killers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominic Heller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonas Siegel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 53 minutes into the match, Killers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stevie Peterson came free, but Octavio Rouse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Marty Stark was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Killers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Detroit AFC the free kick. The supporters of Detroit AFC booed when Killers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marty Stark didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Young King in the 55th minute of play forced Killers FC's goalkeeper Octavio Rouse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Rouse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stevie Peterson in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Renato Browne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Killers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Browne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Salvatore Blankenship hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Renato Browne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Marques in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Rouse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilbert Ewing's late challenge caught a Detroit AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilbert Ewing helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Killers FC's Wilbert Ewing got a free kick in the 68th minute. Renato Browne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Detroit AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Salvador Spicer hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Marques in the 81st minute of play forced Killers FC's goalkeeper Octavio Rouse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renato Browne in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonas Siegel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 90th match minute, Detroit AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stevie Peterson to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the game, Detroit AFC's Rui Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavio Rouse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Detroit AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
