Spectators: 7981 (Terracing: 5987, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) Killers FC's Dominic Heller started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Octavio Rouse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wallace Fields went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Renato Browne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Bloom having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Sells FC got a freekick which was hit by Woody Finney. 12 minutes into the match, Ed Bradshaw had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Octavio Rouse. Killers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ed Bradshaw was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Virgil Ashby charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgil Ashby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Virgil Ashby hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Ed Bradshaw scored 0-3 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavio Rouse, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Wallace Fields ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavio Rouse was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Killers FC's Forrest Greenwood got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Killers FC's Octavio Rouse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Bradshaw in the 33rd minute of play. Octavio Rouse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wallace Fields in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Wallace Fields cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Octavio Rouse was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Renato Browne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Killers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Renato Browne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryan Bloom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the game, Domenic Edmondson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sells FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Killers FC the free kick. Domenic Edmondson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Sells FC were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilbert Ewing in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryan Bloom saved Sells FC from getting behind. In the 52nd minute, Guy Dobbins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Rouse was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Wallace Fields capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wallace Fields really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. In the 59th minute, Dominic Heller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renato Browne in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryan Bloom saved Sells FC from getting behind. Renato Browne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Killers FC's Dominic Heller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bryan Bloom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Renato Browne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilbert Ewing in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bryan Bloom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Octavio Rouse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ed Bradshaw in the 87th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sells FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
