With his leg Robin Henley managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Arcola Youth Academy's Ross Lott fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Darnell Bowling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th match minute, Arcola Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odell Mixon to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Magee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curt Bergstrom, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Sean Lamb struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Robin Henley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arcola Youth Academy. After 17 played minutes Arcola Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Couch. After 19 played minutes Arcola Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Edward Ruffin. Rodrigo Magee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darnell Bowling in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Pingyu FC booed when Arcola Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lee Salazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Ross Lott had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Henley. Pingyu FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ross Lott was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Robin Henley was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sean Lamb showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Pingyu FC's Benedict Massey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Magee made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 34 minutes of play, Arcola Youth Academy's Ross Lott made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Henley was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Benedict Massey fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pingyu FC's protests and gave Benedict Massey a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pingyu FC's Benedict Massey got a free kick in the 38th minute. Elijah Spivey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Magee didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Curt Bergstrom went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elijah Spivey in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Magee prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Curt Bergstrom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Magee having to interfere. The supporters of Arcola Youth Academy booed when Pingyu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Fields didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robin Henley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Odell Mixon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elijah Spivey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Magee having to interfere. Curt Bergstrom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodrigo Magee came out and tried to block the shot, but Curt Bergstrom slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 64th minute. Benedict Massey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Curt Bergstrom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curt Bergstrom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodrigo Magee having to make a save. In the 73rd minute, Arcola Youth Academy's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Benedict Massey fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Benedict Massey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedict Massey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Elijah Spivey lined in a short shot 3-4 behind a frustrated Rodrigo Magee. Rodrigo Magee made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jack Kincaid in the 88th minute. In the 88th match minute, Arcola Youth Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Odell Mixon to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Curt Bergstrom got free with Rodrigo Magee in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benedict Massey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Magee having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Darnell Bowling reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rodrigo Magee. The goal made the score 3-5. When the match was over Pingyu FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arcola Youth Academy throughout the match.
