The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elias Ernst charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Ernst the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, JAYET's Elias Ernst got a free kick in the 4th minute. Higinio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Marcones in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Christian Marcones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Freer AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Marcones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, JAYET's goal looked a bit too open when Nathanial Ervin came free, but Higinio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shane Bagley in the 21st minute of play forced JAYET's goalkeeper Higinio Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Geraldo Sampson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but JAYET's Higinio Llanos did a great save. In the 27th minute Emanuel Lindsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Fitzpatrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, JAYET's goal looked a bit too open when Shane Bagley came free, but Higinio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46thth minute of the game Christian Marcones who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JAYET's Higinio Llanos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Elias Ernst made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Freer AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shane Bagley to maneuver through the defense. Santo Fitzpatrick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Lindsten in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rdth minute of the game Christian Marcones who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JAYET's Higinio Llanos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ivan Gallo fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JAYET's protests and gave Ivan Gallo a yellow card for diving instead. Nathanial Ervin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Llanos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. The JAYET fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when JAYET's Elias Ernst looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Santo Fitzpatrick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Ernst in the 70th minute of play. With his leg Higinio Llanos managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Freer AFC's Christian Marcones fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 83rd minute, Geraldo Sampson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Fitzpatrick came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by JAYET's Emanuel Lindsten. But to his dismay, Emanuel Lindsten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Ernst in the 88th minute of play forced Freer AFC's goalkeeper Santo Fitzpatrick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Lefler during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th match minute, JAYET was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Lefler to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 90 minutes, Christian Marcones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JAYET's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
