The audience was convinced that Nicolás Asencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudinho Taffarel was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Claudinho Taffarel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Claudinho Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Nicolás Asencio sent off a good shot on target. Erbin Deda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Kellbom in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to FC West Palm Beach getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Pablo Mooney hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Jonatan Kellbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, FC West Palm Beach's Claudinho Taffarel got control of the ball when Hudson Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Claudinho Taffarel managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Cherokee Tijeras's Nicolás Asencio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hudson Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Nicolás Asencio made a precise shot to the right of Claudinho Taffarel. FC West Palm Beach's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Pablo Mooney kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Claudinho Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Nicolás Asencio sent off a good shot on target. Nicolás Asencio in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudinho Taffarel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erbin Deda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Noel in the 95th minute of play. The Cherokee Tijeras supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cherokee Tijeras would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
