Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Isaiah Dickinson made in the 4th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Felipe Pollard. In the 5th minute, Jarrett Whittaker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Beal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Milton Hand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slaton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flat Rock the free kick. Daryl Rivers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from A.J. Hoover in the 14th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Flat Rock got a freekick which was hit by A.J. Hoover. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Pollard got free with Mohammed Adams in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dana McLean made in the 20th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bernardo Beal. Flat Rock's Mason Messer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isaiah Dickinson, made in the 27th minute of the game. Jay Connors kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Daryl Rivers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from A.J. Hoover in the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Bernardo Beal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammed Adams saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Flat Rock's Mohammed Adams got control of the ball when Felipe Pollard tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Milton Hand dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mohammed Adams, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Beal made a kick off. Mohammed Adams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Beal in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th match minute, Slaton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dana McLean to maneuver through the defense. Mohammed Adams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milton Hand, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Xavier Callahan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slaton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flat Rock the free kick. After 58 played minutes Slaton got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Callahan. A.J. Hoover's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Daryl Rivers firmly grabbed it by the left post. Daryl Rivers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Coulter in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Slaton's Daryl Rivers got control of the ball when A.J. Hoover tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Hand in the 67th minute of play forced Flat Rock's goalkeeper Mohammed Adams to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.J. Hoover kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Mohammed Adams took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Beal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Milton Hand had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mohammed Adams. Flat Rock's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milton Hand was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A.J. Hoovers short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Daryl Rivers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mohammed Adams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Hand in the 83rd minute of the match. Derek Coulter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daryl Rivers having to interfere. A.J. Hoover in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daryl Rivers, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 89 minutes into the game, A.J. Hoover cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Daryl Rivers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute Felipe Pollard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohammed Adams saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Derek Coulter's late challenge caught a Slaton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Derek Coulter helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Flat Rock got a freekick which was hit by Derek Coulter. For all the effort they put into the match, the Flat Rock players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Slaton.
