Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rdth minute of the game Ned Turner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slaton's Daryl Rivers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felipe Pollard during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felipe Pollard kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Slaton's Daryl Rivers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ned Turner in the 16th minute of play. Ali Thomson made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Milton Hand sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Menlo's goalkeeper Ali Thomson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Pollard. When Bernardo Beal came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Slaton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Beal couldn't finish the play. Ali Thomson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rashad McKinney in the 31st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Slaton's Milton Hand slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ali Thomson. That made the score 3-1 after 39 minutes of play. Felipe Pollard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulysses Lindsay charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulysses Lindsay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 48 minutes into the match, Milton Hand dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ali Thomson, 4-1.

In the 62nd minute Bernardo Beal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Thomson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Banks's late challenge caught a Slaton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A collision led to Menlo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Clint Friend hit a great ball. Jim Banks tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ali Thomson. An unnecessary self made goal, 6-1 in the 90th minute. Ali Thomson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Beal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 98 minutes into the match, Menlo's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Beal came free, but Ali Thomson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
