An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Bell in the 8th minute of play forced Kenai's goalkeeper Tyrell Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stacy Ackerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrell Lugo having to interfere. Milan Deering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scottie Frey in the 23rd minute of play. After 26 played minutes AlejandrIa Conquerors got a freekick which was hit by Santos Presley. Milan Deering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duane Drake in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Reuben McCollum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milan Deering was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Duane Drake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Johnny Bell managed to get in a good position for a shot. AlejandrIa Conquerors's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Bell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tyrell Lugo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, AlejandrIa Conquerors's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben McCollum came free, but Milan Deering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, AlejandrIa Conquerors's Johnny Bell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johnny Bell was the one to do the kick off. Duane Drake struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Milan Deering didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kenai. 58 minutes into the game, Ronny Vilter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AlejandrIa Conquerors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kenai the free kick. In the 58th match minute, AlejandrIa Conquerors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronny Vilter to maneuver through the defense. Lucien Willoughby kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Stacy Ackerman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrell Lugo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reuben McCollum got free with Milan Deering in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Kenai's zone, Rex Figueroa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tyrell Lugo came out of the goal and Rex Figueroa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Johnny Bell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tyrell Lugo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The AlejandrIa Conquerors fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kenai were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
