Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kip Guidry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute, Kip Guidry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th match minute, Angola AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anson Crain to maneuver through the defense. Port Washington North AFC's Savaş Tüzel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ron Huber in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Gilbert Patten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Angola AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Port Washington North AFC the free kick. 21 minutes into the game, one of Angola AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Port Washington North AFC. Lenny Ruffin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Colby Hemphill. 0-2. The supporters of Port Washington North AFC booed when Angola AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kip Guidry didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Port Washington North AFC's Şener Refet in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Angola AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Angola AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Lenny Ruffin shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Wilbur Wetzel struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Savaş Tüzel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Angola AFC. After 37 played minutes Angola AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dan Grace. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şener Refet in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Colby Hemphill saved Angola AFC from getting behind. After 41 minutes Angola AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lenny Ruffin who took care of the corner kick. Lenny Ruffin made a great header on Port Washington North AFC's corner, it was just that Angola AFC's Colby Hemphill managed to reach the ball for a save. Wilbur Wetzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wilbur Wetzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After having played for 51 minutes, Laurence Dolan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angola AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurence Dolan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 52nd match minute, Angola AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurence Dolan to maneuver through the defense. Ron Huber kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Angola AFC's Wilbur Wetzel got a free kick in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascal Porter in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Colby Hemphill saved Angola AFC from getting behind. Savaş Tüzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurence Dolan in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Pascal Porter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilbur Wetzel in the 73rd minute of play forced Port Washington North AFC's goalkeeper Savaş Tüzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colby Hemphill made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Wendell Reece sent off a good shot on target. Colby Hemphill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leroy Hare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colby Hemphill came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Port Washington North AFC's Pascal Porter. But to his dismay, Pascal Porter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Colby Hemphill made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şener Refet in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Port Washington North AFC's zone, Wilbur Wetzel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Savaş Tüzel came out of the goal and Wilbur Wetzel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anson Crain during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Port Washington North AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
