After 2 played minutes Donalsonville got a freekick which was hit by Blake Winkler. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Reuben McCollum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kenai's supporters rose to their feet, but Reuben McCollum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evan Mullins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Evan Burks fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Donalsonville's protests and gave Evan Burks a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Donalsonville got a freekick which was hit by Evan Burks. Jerold Boyce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrell Lugo having to interfere. Evan Mullins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Gilliam in the 32nd minute of the match. Kenai's Duane Drake shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Evan Mullins but with some difficulty. Reuben McCollum's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Evan Mullins firmly grabbed it by the left post. Evan Mullins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Gilliam in the 39th minute of play. Evan Mullins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reuben McCollum in the 43rd minute. Jerold Boyce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Jerold Boyce made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play Donalsonville's Evan Burks was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Donalsonville's Evan Burks got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Donalsonville's Jerold Boyce got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ricardo Gilliam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reuben McCollum took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evan Mullins. Evan Mullins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 64th minute Reuben McCollum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evan Mullins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute Duane Drake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evan Mullins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Gilliam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evan Mullins having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Reuben McCollum managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kenai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reuben McCollum was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Scottie Frey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kenai's Scottie Frey got a free kick in the 88th minute. Jerold Boyce charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerold Boyce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Donalsonville getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jerold Boyce hit a great ball. Evan Mullins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reuben McCollum went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
