Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kip Guidry started the match with the kick off. Mohammed Adams didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kip Guidry went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wayne Hickey in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Colby Hemphill prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wayne Hickey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kip Guidry in the 21st minute of play forced Flat Rock's goalkeeper Mohammed Adams to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.J. Hoover sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammed Adams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilbur Wetzel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Flat Rock's zone, Kip Guidry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammed Adams came out of the goal and Kip Guidry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 32 played minutes Flat Rock got a freekick which was hit by Roosevelt Hensley. If Kip Guidry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Laurence Dolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Flat Rock's Mason Messer got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Flat Rock's goal looked a bit too open when Kip Guidry came free, but Mohammed Adams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Angola AFC booed when Flat Rock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roosevelt Hensley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colby Hemphill made an important save on a dangerous shot by A.J. Hoover in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell A.J. Hoover to make the kick off. A.J. Hoover took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Colby Hemphill. Colby Hemphill dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mohammed Adams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kip Guidry in the 58th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurence Dolan during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Laurence Dolan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Rudolf Sadler struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Colby Hemphill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flat Rock. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, A.J. Hoover put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Colby Hemphill. When Flat Rock's Wayne Hickey in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Wilbur Wetzel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Mohammed Adams made a huge save. Wayne Hickey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Colby Hemphill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Flat Rock got a freekick which was hit by Mason Messer. Mohammed Adams was a little too slow when Kip Guidry got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-2. 92 minutes into the match, Wilbur Wetzel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mohammed Adams. Flat Rock's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilbur Wetzel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Although Flat Rock had been in control for most of the match, Angola AFC still came away with the win.
