Spectators: 8057 (Terracing: 6044, Seating: 1853, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elijah McCall started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Maranhense got free with Quentin Spivey in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th match minute, Woodstown AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Snell to maneuver through the defense. Illinois Bluewaters's 冯永宽 got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Quentin Spivey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 冯永宽 in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Woodstown AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Danilo Maranhense fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Illinois Bluewaters's attentive Şeray Gürgen managed to snatch the ball when Dalton Esparza made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. 冯永宽 hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Danilo Maranhense notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Woodstown AFC's Quentin Spivey. Quentin Spivey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Abdul Pearson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Illinois Bluewaters's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Pearson came free, but Roger Myles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Illinois Bluewaters were furious when Lewis Whitmore was red carded, 26 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Illinois Bluewaters! Abdul Pearson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 40 minutes, Sal Jarrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Illinois Bluewaters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sal Jarrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 冯永宽 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Şeray Gürgen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quentin Spivey having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Illinois Bluewaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 冯永宽 to maneuver through the defense. 冯永宽 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quentin Spivey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 冯永宽 in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Woodstown AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 冯永宽 was slow to take the kick. During this time Illinois Bluewaters's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Emanuel Brogren managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 冯永宽 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Quentin Spivey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When 冯永宽 came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Illinois Bluewaters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 冯永宽 couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, 冯永宽 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Illinois Bluewaters's supporters rose to their feet, but 冯永宽 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quentin Spivey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roger Myles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elijah McCall, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Illinois Bluewaters's 冯永宽 got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 冯永宽 in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Quentin Spivey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, 冯永宽 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 冯永宽 scored 3-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quentin Spivey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Illinois Bluewaters players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
