Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Randell Rivera made the kick off which started today's match. Noel Grant made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when James Starnes sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute, Thomas Solis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ace Dougherty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicholas Wolff having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rich Lane in the 17th minute of play forced Novatoo's goalkeeper Nicholas Wolff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ace Dougherty in the 19th minute of play forced Novatoo's goalkeeper Nicholas Wolff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Ace Dougherty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Wolff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Novatoo's Grant Sullivan got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ace Dougherty's late challenge caught a Novatoo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ace Dougherty helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Irmo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ace Dougherty to maneuver through the defense. Noel Grant was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Devin Oliver capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Devin Oliver really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 25th minute, Jerrod Savage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Grant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Randell Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Irmo's Noel Grant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Irmo from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerrod Savage got free with Noel Grant in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Noel Grant came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Novatoo's Jerrod Savage. But to his dismay, Jerrod Savage quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Grant Sullivan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Noel Grant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ace Dougherty to make the kick off. Nicholas Wolff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ace Dougherty in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Jerrod Savage managed to get in a good position for a shot. Novatoo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerrod Savage was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Grant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuel Love received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nicholas Wolff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Wallace Agostino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Irmo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Novatoo the free kick. In the 70th minute, Novatoo's Thomas Solis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Thomas Solis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Novatoo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Thomas Solis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Novatoo! Devin Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Grant having to interfere. A collision led to Irmo getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Dwight Dillard hit a great ball. Devin Oliver took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Grant. Noel Grant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Rich Lanes short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Nicholas Wolff to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nicholas Wolff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ace Dougherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerrod Savage hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Ace Dougherty was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Noel Grant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devin Oliver in the 89th minute of the match. Devin Oliver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noel Grant having to make a save. When Novatoo's Devin Oliver in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Irmo's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Novatoo had played much better football throughout.
