Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claude Ziegler took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tuan Napier came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter Miami CF's Claude Ziegler. But to his dismay, Claude Ziegler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Effingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chad Hare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Huber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Bush having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Leo Huber reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harvey Bush. The goal made the score 1-1. Casey Pierre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuan Napier having to interfere. Casey Pierre kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Leo Huber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Harvey Bush tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dylan Lott got free with Harvey Bush in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Huber in the 30th minute of play forced Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Harvey Bush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inter Miami CF's Harvey Bush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dylan Lott in the 34th minute of play. Steven Randle kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th match minute, Effingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro McGraw to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Huber came free, but Harvey Bush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leo Huber to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Effingham's Leo Huber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harvey Bush made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 54 minutes into the match, Leo Huber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harvey Bush. Inter Miami CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Huber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Leo Huber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Bush having to interfere. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Bernie Whitfield with Leo Huber as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Chad Hare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Bush having to interfere. After some careless play in the Inter Miami CF defense, Leo Huber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harvey Bush. The Inter Miami CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harvey Bush should have stopped the shot. Harvey Bush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Huber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dylan Lott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Harvey Bush tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chad Hare fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Effingham's protests and gave Chad Hare a yellow card for diving instead. Chad Hare hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Harvey Bush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Huber in the 88th minute of the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Claude Ziegler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter Miami CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claude Ziegler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Effingham's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Scott Mayberry scored to the left of an out of position Tuan Napier, making the score, 4-2. Chad Hare was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Effingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chad Hare didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the game Bernie Whitfield made a throw-in which Dylan Lott played forward. There was no doubt that Effingham were the better team. Effingham's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
