In the 5th minute, Blake Drew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicholas Wolff made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Antony Hinwood sent off a good shot on target. Joesph Browne scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicholas Wolff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute, Hacı Direnç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Devin Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Martínez having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Ross Burch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Randell Rivera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oscar Martínez. Berwyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Randell Rivera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Oscar Martínez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Randell Rivera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicholas Wolff was a little too slow when Joesph Browne got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-1. 37 minutes into the game, Joesph Browne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nicholas Wolff was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joesph Browne in the 40th minute of play forced Novatoo's goalkeeper Nicholas Wolff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, James Starnes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Oscar Martínez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Randell Rivera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Novatoo defense, Kerimhan Önen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicholas Wolff. The Novatoo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicholas Wolff should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Devin Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Starnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Martínez having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Randell Rivera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Novatoo's supporters rose to their feet, but Randell Rivera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Martínez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berwyn's George Singletary was substituted for Chris Griffin. Leonard Gann lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Novatoo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Berwyn:s goal. The referee gave Berwyn a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by George Singletary, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Novatoo's Nicholas Wolff. 5-2. Antony Hinwood scored 6-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicholas Wolff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antony Hinwood's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicholas Wolff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Nicholas Wolff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joesph Browne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Martínez made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when James Starnes sent off a good shot on target. If James Starnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berwyn made a substitution. Rene Ogden replaced Antony Hinwood. Joesph Browne took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicholas Wolff. Nicholas Wolff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-2. In the 94th minute of the match, James Starnes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oscar Martínez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Berwyn fans cheered their team off the field, for while Novatoo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
