Nicholas Wolff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Randell Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute, Dávid Szentesi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicholas Wolff was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Blaine Thorne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nigel Whalen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Randell Rivera came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Novatoo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Randell Rivera couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Tallahassee Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Devin Oliver came free, but Blaine Thorne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Dávid Szentesi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tallahassee Vikings and the Novatoo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Dávid Szentesi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Devin Oliver in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blaine Thorne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 32 minutes, Nigel Whalen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Novatoo and the Tallahassee Vikings players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Arthur Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicholas Wolff was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Nicholas Wolff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dávid Szentesi in the 41st minute of play. Nicholas Wolff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dávid Szentesi went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute, Archie Maddox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Novatoo's James Starnes suffered a sore thigh after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Narciso Mitxel charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Mitxel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Novatoo made a substitution. Gerardo Harding replaced James Starnes. After a rather tough play, Tallahassee Vikings's Narciso Mitxel got a free kick in the 56th minute. Arthur Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Nicholas Wolff made a huge save. Nigel Whalen got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Novatoo's Nigel Whalen got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The long shot by Pete Maxwell in the 63rd minute really tested Nicholas Wolff's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Tallahassee Vikings's Arthur Sousa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicholas Wolff. That made the score 0-6 after 64 minutes of play. Arthur Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Nicholas Wolff made a huge save. In the 71st minute Arthur Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicholas Wolff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tallahassee Vikings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Novatoo the free kick. Devin Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blaine Thorne having to interfere. Tallahassee Vikings's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
