Spectators: 7998 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claude Ziegler took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Gaston Beliran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Harvey Bush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daron Strong. Harvey Bush was a little too slow when Guillermo Koenig got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Harvey Bush was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Micah Erwin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Micah Erwin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When Savannah Striders's Guillermo Koenig in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inter Miami CF's goalie prevented a goal. Daron Strong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th match minute, Inter Miami CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sydney Clifford to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Inter Miami CF's Harvey Bush got control of the ball when Daron Strong tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Daron Strong made a precise shot to the right of Harvey Bush. Inter Miami CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 38 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Koenig came free, but Harvey Bush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daron Strong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guillermo Koenig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Harvey Bush made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Guillermo Koenig kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harvey Bush. That made the score 4-0 in the 46 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guillermo Koenig made a kick off. Harvey Bush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Koenig, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Harvey Bush took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micah Erwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Micah Erwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Bush having to interfere. In the 61st minute Guillermo Koenig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Bush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scott Mayberry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Octavio Peter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Guillermo Koenig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Savannah Striders fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Taci Yekta made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Casey Pierre sent off a good shot on target. Guillermo Koenig scored 6-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harvey Bush, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daron Strong struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Harvey Bush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Savannah Striders. In the 85th match minute, Inter Miami CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Derek Summers to maneuver through the defense. Harvey Bush stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Koenig's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes Savannah Striders got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Peter. Gaston Beliran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
