When Elias Good fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miami Vice's protests and gave Elias Good a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Miami Vice got a freekick which was hit by Elias Good. Reyna FC's Nicky Huddleston shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 12th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Gee but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet as Derrick Kane kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Gee. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Errol Latham came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Gee could save by the left post. Jonathan Gee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Lluis in the 24th minute of play. Matias Lluis might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Gee. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Lluis ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Reyna FC booed when Miami Vice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 76 minutes, Adam Brand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reyna FC and the Miami Vice players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miami Vice made a substitution. Foster Sears replaced Nelson Moody. After 77 played minutes Reyna FC got a freekick which was hit by Adam Brand. In the 85th minute, Miami Vice's Foster Sears ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Charlton Singer. Charlton Singer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Thurman Kidd hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Miami Vice's goal looked a bit too open when Derrick Kane came free, but Jonathan Gee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match Adam Brand shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Gee showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Miami Vice players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
