Spectators: 8394 (Terracing: 6298, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a rather tough play, Colorado FC's Jonah Darling got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, Duane Dunn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wally Covington could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Cruz Varela made a huge save. William Nordkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arda Göksel Hunalp's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Wally Covington took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cruz Varela. Cruz Varela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, Arda Göksel Hunalp notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Colorado FC's William Nordkvist. William Nordkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Rosenthal during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Rosenthal hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Mathieu Dekeyser took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for William Nordkvist. Colorado FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Colorado FC's William Nordkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Hlus in the 34th minute of play. If Ralph Cuevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes of play, Kings Castle's Roman Hlus made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After some careless play in the Colorado FC defense, Arda Göksel Hunalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Nordkvist. The Colorado FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Nordkvist should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The audience was convinced that Roman Hlus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but William Nordkvist was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. William Nordkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Hlus, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Arda Göksel Hunalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. William Nordkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The supporters of Kings Castle booed when Colorado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duane Dunn didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Roman Hlus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kings Castle's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Hlus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Nordkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ralph Cuevas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. William Nordkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Nordkvist made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Arda Göksel Hunalp sent off a good shot on target. After 76 minutes of play, Kings Castle's Ralph Cuevas made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. William Nordkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, Arda Göksel Hunalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Nordkvist. Colorado FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arda Göksel Hunalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. William Fux hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Colorado FC's William Nordkvist got control of the ball when Arda Göksel Hunalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Colorado FC defense, Ralph Cuevas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Nordkvist. The Colorado FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Nordkvist should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Kings Castle left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Colorado FC.
