Spectators: 7949 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1799, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Drew Durham got the match started through his kick off. When Waldo Dolan came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Crystal Lawns fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldo Dolan couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute George Yost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willis Kirkland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Crystal Lawns got a freekick which was hit by Drew Durham. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Reggie Cooper took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Aidan Stover to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Aidan Stover successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Drew Durham's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aidan Stover read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Willis Kirkland didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leland Wiggins went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Crystal Lawns's Willis Kirkland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 严建轩 in the 40th minute of play. With a little luck, Bradford's Aidan Stover got control of the ball when Reginald Person tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leland Wiggins in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willis Kirkland saved Crystal Lawns from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Aidan Stover made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldo Dolan in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Bradford's goal looked a bit too open when Reginald Person came free, but Aidan Stover reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reggie Cooper in the 63rd minute of play forced Bradford's goalkeeper Aidan Stover to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Titus's late challenge caught a Crystal Lawns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Titus helped the player get up and apologised. Fernando Titus kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
