Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kerry Agoos got the match started through his kick off. Ali Bagley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ken Givens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Mitch Logan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens. Ken Givens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Bagley in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ken Givens saved Power Soccer Best Club from getting behind. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wichita Regulators's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wichita Regulators's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Kerry Agoos scored to the left of an out of position Marcelo Gröhe, making the score, 1-1. Rolland Pike's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcelo Gröhe firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcelo Gröhe didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 26 minutes into the match, Wichita Regulators's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolland Pike. After some careless play in the Power Soccer Best Club defense, Joesph Hager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ken Givens. The Power Soccer Best Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ken Givens should have stopped the shot. Wichita Regulators's Marcelo Gröhe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Wichita Regulators from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute, Rolland Pike reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcelo Gröhe. The goal made the score 3-2. 37 minutes into the match, Joesph Hager notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens. Ken Givens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelo Gröhe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerry Agoos in the 43rd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Bagley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Power Soccer Best Club's goalkeeper Ken Givens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joesph Hager. Thurman Cash charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thurman Cash the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Power Soccer Best Club's Thurman Cash got a free kick in the 54th minute. Power Soccer Best Club's Ken Givens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Bagley in the 56th minute of play. After 61 minutes of play Power Soccer Best Club's Thurman Cash was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 63rd match minute, Power Soccer Best Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kerry Agoos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolland Pike in the 65th minute of play forced Wichita Regulators's goalkeeper Marcelo Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolland Pike, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ali Bagley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kerry Agoos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mike Feliciano charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mike Feliciano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Wichita Regulators got a freekick which was hit by Mike Feliciano. Marcelo Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolland Pike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelo Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolland Pike, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 87th match minute, Power Soccer Best Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kerry Agoos to maneuver through the defense. Rolland Pike's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Gröhe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Glen Sewell charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glen Sewell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Wichita Regulators getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Glen Sewell hit a great ball. When Rickey Cummings came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Power Soccer Best Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickey Cummings couldn't finish the play. Ken Givens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Bagley in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
