Val Epperson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shayne Cagle in the 13th minute of the match. Waterbury Rangers were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Paradise FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ryan Esparza took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Rodolfo Cordero got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 16 minutes into the match. Val Epperson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shayne Cagle in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Waterbury Rangers booed when Paradise FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Sizemore didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Preston Winston in the 25th minute of play forced Paradise FC's goalkeeper Val Epperson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ollie McAlpin scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boyd Donnelly, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Waterbury Rangers's Boyd Donnelly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Waterbury Rangers from getting a goal against them. Val Epperson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Preston Winston, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Peep Teraväe hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the game, Tolek Dankowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boyd Donnelly. Tolek Dankowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The supporters of Waterbury Rangers booed when Paradise FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ollie McAlpin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ollie McAlpin hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Waterbury Rangers's Ryan Esparza got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Cordero in the 62nd minute of play forced Paradise FC's goalkeeper Val Epperson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Dankowski in the 64th minute of play forced Waterbury Rangers's goalkeeper Boyd Donnelly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Tolek Dankowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyd Donnelly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waterbury Rangers's Boyd Donnelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Dankowski in the 66th minute of play. Boyd Donnelly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Dankowski in the 67th minute of the match. Boyd Donnelly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Dankowski's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes, Ollie McAlpin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paradise FC and the Waterbury Rangers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Paradise FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie McAlpin to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Waterbury Rangers's Shayne Cagle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Val Epperson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Paradise FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Cordero came free, but Val Epperson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paradise FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ryan Esparza was slow to take the kick. During this time Waterbury Rangers's players had a chance to rest. Val Epperson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Cordero, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Tolek Dankowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute Gaitano Coya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyd Donnelly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boyd Donnelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Dankowski in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Waterbury Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Wells to maneuver through the defense. Rodolfo Cordero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Val Epperson came out and tried to block the shot, but Rodolfo Cordero slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 93rd minute. After 97 played minutes Paradise FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Skaradoski. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
