Spectators: 8582 (Terracing: 6437, Seating: 1974, VIP seats: 171) Virgilio Kennedy started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Chard United got a freekick which was hit by Lamar Arthur. Brant Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Erkan Horasan's late challenge caught a Chard United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erkan Horasan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Erkan Horasan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chard United's Virgilio Kennedy got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Virgilio Kennedy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lamar Arthur got free with Valdo Falcão in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 minutes Corning FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lukasz Jazwiec who took care of the corner kick. Chard United's 孙骋磊 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Valdo Falcão in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lamar Arthur might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdo Falcão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lamar Arthur ran back to his position shaking his head. Lamar Arthur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Valdo Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Mckinley Gold mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corning FC and the Chard United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Corning FC got a freekick which was hit by Mckinley Gold. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Kennedy in the 23rd minute of play forced Corning FC's goalkeeper Valdo Falcão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Chard United's Virgilio Kennedy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdo Falcão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Virgilio Kennedy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valdo Falcão. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. Virgilio Kennedy struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Valdo Falcão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chard United. A collision led to Chard United getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lamar Arthur hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the game, Virgilio Kennedy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Valdo Falcão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, Virgilio Kennedy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Corning FC's Valdo Falcão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Corning FC from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erkan Horasan to strike the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Kennedy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdo Falcão having to interfere. Virgilio Kennedy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdo Falcão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Corning FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lukasz Jazwiec was slow to take the kick. During this time Chard United's players had a chance to rest. In the 59thth minute of the game Virgilio Kennedy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corning FC's Valdo Falcão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdo Falcão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Kennedy in the 65th minute of play. Virgilio Kennedy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Valdo Falcão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Virgilio Kennedy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo Falcão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Virgilio Kennedy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdo Falcão was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If 孙骋磊 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Corning FC's zone, Martin Craven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdo Falcão came out of the goal and Martin Craven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the game, Virgilio Kennedy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Valdo Falcão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Valdo Falcão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Kennedy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Virgilio Kennedy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Corning FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Kennedy came free, but Valdo Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
