Barracks Stadium

Seating: 1900, VIP seats: 160) Barracks's Victor Stark started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clay Gann during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, São Paulo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clay Gann to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, Diego Milito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Phil Echols was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Taylor Bullock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barracks's supporters rose to their feet, but Taylor Bullock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaroslaw Jaroszewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Barracks's zone, Erasmo Paraíba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phil Echols came out of the goal and Erasmo Paraíba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Milito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 minutes São Paulo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Terrance Langford who took care of the corner kick. In the 24th minute, Ace Coffman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Milito in the 30th minute of play forced Barracks's goalkeeper Phil Echols to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. São Paulo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ace Coffman in the 31st minute. A nice corner shot did that Ace Coffman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Phil Echols quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The São Paulo FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when São Paulo FC's Diego Milito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Arnold Esquivel came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Barracks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnold Esquivel couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barracks's goalkeeper Phil Echols, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th match minute, São Paulo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Milito to maneuver through the defense. If Taylor Bullock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Erasmo Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Milito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, São Paulo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Milito to maneuver through the defense. Jaroslaw Jaroszewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taylor Bullock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phil Echols showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Milito in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Diego Milito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Phil Echols was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. With 58 minutes on the clock, Esteban McNamara commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Diego Milito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phil Echols stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erasmo Paraíba's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. The supporters of São Paulo FC booed when Barracks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Rhoades didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phil Echols took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Milito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaroslaw Jaroszewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harvey Rhoades in the 75th minute of the match. Phil Echols made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erasmo Paraíba in the 79th minute. After 80 minutes Barracks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ace Coffman who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on São Paulo FC's corner Ace Coffman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Phil Echols quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of São Paulo FC booed when Barracks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Stark didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Barracks's Phil Echols got control of the ball when Erasmo Paraíba tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Barracks's goalkeeper Phil Echols had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Paraíba. Terrence Parrish hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
