Vitório Donato charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vitório Donato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vitório Donato hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Marshall Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paris Chatzinikolaou having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Rijosos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zhu Wei. The supporters of EL LOBO DE MIAMI booed when Rijosos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenico Dickerson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marshall Medina took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paris Chatzinikolaou. Rijosos F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Odell Santana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rijosos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL LOBO DE MIAMI the free kick. After a rather tough play, Rijosos F.C.'s Odell Santana got a free kick in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the Rijosos F.C. defense, Marshall Medina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paris Chatzinikolaou. The Rijosos F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paris Chatzinikolaou should have stopped the shot. The long shot by Ian Faria in the 18th minute really tested Osvaldo Daunte's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marshall Medina in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paris Chatzinikolaou saved Rijosos F.C. from getting behind. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rijosos F.C.'s goalkeeper Paris Chatzinikolaou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rijosos F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Paris Chatzinikolaou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, Rijosos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhu Wei to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Marshall Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paris Chatzinikolaou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rijosos F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marshall Medina was slow to take the kick. During this time EL LOBO DE MIAMI's players had a chance to rest. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeng Xu Chang to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Rijosos F.C.'s goalkeeper Paris Chatzinikolaou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marshall Medina. Marshall Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Paris Chatzinikolaou made a huge save. Marshall Medina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paris Chatzinikolaou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. EL LOBO DE MIAMI were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Rijosos F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marshall Medina took the corner. The corner led EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina to fire away a dangerous shot which Paris Chatzinikolaou despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rijosos F.C.'s Paris Chatzinikolaou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Rijosos F.C. from getting a goal against them. Odell Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeng Xu Chang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Daunte having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Marshall Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's supporters rose to their feet, but Marshall Medina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paris Chatzinikolaou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paris Chatzinikolaou. That made the score 0-2 after 73 minutes of play. 79 minutes into the match, Rijosos F.C.'s goalkeeper Paris Chatzinikolaou had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marshall Medina. Marshall Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Paris Chatzinikolaou made a huge save. Marshall Medina scored 0-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paris Chatzinikolaou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 85 played minutes EL LOBO DE MIAMI got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Lyons. EL LOBO DE MIAMI were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Rijosos F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marshall Medina took the corner. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. EL LOBO DE MIAMI had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
