With his leg Jerrod McElroy managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Triton Central FC's Antony Lane fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Triton Central FC booed when Team NCIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Ferris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerrod McElroy made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Antony Lane sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute Triton Central FC were awarded a corner. Joey Robertson went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 12th minute, Antony Lane made a precise shot to the right of Jerrod McElroy. Team NCIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Team NCIS's Jerrod McElroy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Team NCIS from getting a goal against them. Triton Central FC's Steve Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thanh Walls in the 18th minute of play. Jerrod McElroy was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Antony Lane capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antony Lane really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Team NCIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Triton Central FC the free kick. In the 47th minute, Jack Ferris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enoch Marks struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Jerrod McElroy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Triton Central FC.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antony Lane was the one to do the kick off. If Antony Lane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Team NCIS getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jack Ferris hit a great ball. Jerrod McElroy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antony Lane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Team NCIS's zone, Antony Lane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerrod McElroy came out of the goal and Antony Lane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, Enoch Marks had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerrod McElroy. Team NCIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enoch Marks was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Jerrod McElroy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antony Lane, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Triton Central FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathon Mabry came free, but Steve Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Antony Lane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Triton Central FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antony Lane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerrod McElroy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steve Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathon Mabry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antony Lane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th match minute, Triton Central FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spencer Swain to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Antony Lane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Triton Central FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
