Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabian Frank got the match started through his kick off. West Oahu Wave Riders's Andre Moses proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save West Oahu Wave Riders from getting a goal against them. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Oahu Wave Riders's goalkeeper Andre Moses, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 12 minutes West Oahu Wave Riders's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joey Robertson who took care of the corner kick. Andre Moses showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enoch Marks in the 22nd minute of the match. Fabian Frank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Ortiz having to interfere. The supporters of West Oahu Wave Riders booed when Triton Central FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enoch Marks didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Frank in the 28th minute of play forced Triton Central FC's goalkeeper Steve Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Thaddeus Simon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Antony Lane reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andre Moses. The goal made the score 1-0. Thaddeus Simon struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Steve Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for West Oahu Wave Riders. After a defensive mix-up in Triton Central FC's zone, Fabian Frank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steve Ortiz came out of the goal and Fabian Frank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Shawn Hood came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the West Oahu Wave Riders fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shawn Hood couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in West Oahu Wave Riders's zone, Matt Howe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andre Moses came out of the goal and Matt Howe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The wind increased when Antony Lane made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Matt Howe made a precise shot to the right of Andre Moses. West Oahu Wave Riders's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Fergus Suter put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Andre Moses. Garry McNeill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Andre Moses tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Enoch Marks's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andre Moses was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. When Fabian Frank came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the West Oahu Wave Riders fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Frank couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 76 in the game by Thaddeus Simon from a close distance when the talented Steve Ortiz managed to make a qualified save. Triton Central FC's players were relieved. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Oahu Wave Riders's goalkeeper Andre Moses, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabian Frank received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Steve Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andre Moses made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enoch Marks in the 82nd minute of play. Steve Ortiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Frank's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the West Oahu Wave Riders players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Triton Central FC.
