Ivan Oberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson Norton, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Jefferson Norton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ivan Oberle made a huge save. Markus Hess kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Wilber Kyle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Oberle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wilber Kyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mendenhall FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. South Charleston FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
