Triton Central FC's Steve Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Conway in the 19th minute of play. Marshall Medinas short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Steve Ortiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Triton Central FC's Steve Ortiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Triton Central FC from getting a goal against them. Marshall Medina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steve Ortiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Marshall Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Steve Ortiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marshall Medina in the 27th minute. Steve Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marshall Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Marshall Medina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steve Ortiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39 played minutes EL LOBO DE MIAMI got a freekick which was hit by Clayton Haney. Osvaldo Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enoch Marks in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Triton Central FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Oswaldo Herget hit a great ball. Giuseppe Conway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Steve Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antony Lane was the one to do the kick off. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Gustavo Lyons was substituted for Virgil Caudill. A collision led to Triton Central FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Enoch Marks hit a great ball. After 70 minutes, Marshall Medina made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Triton Central FC's Steve Ortiz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marshall Medina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Steve Ortiz having to make a save. Steve Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marshall Medina in the 73rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Marshall Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's supporters rose to their feet, but Marshall Medina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Steve Ortiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giuseppe Conway recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Triton Central FC's zone, Marshall Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steve Ortiz came out of the goal and Marshall Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 95 played minutes Triton Central FC got a freekick which was hit by Matt Howe. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The EL LOBO DE MIAMI fans cheered their team off the field, for while Triton Central FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
