Spectators: 7332 (Terracing: 6332, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nick Ervin came out of the goal and Bailey House tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Wilford Nunez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soldotna's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilford Nunez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cesar Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominique White, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Costică Aristide kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nick Ervin. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Cesar Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Woodrow Carrier went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Costică Aristide was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Kuqezi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Soldotna getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Rueben Mullins hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Dominique White's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Jacobson was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Roman Brock hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Dominique White shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Costică Aristide dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nick Ervin, 2-1. In the 36th minute, Kuqezi's Costică Aristide dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Tim Downing charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tim Downing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kuqezi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Scot McNair was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 51st minute Scot McNair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nick Ervin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Darin McAlpin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scot McNair scored 4-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nick Ervin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute, Scot McNair ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nick Ervin was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soldotna's goalkeeper Nick Ervin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Kuqezi's goal looked a bit too open when Darin McAlpin came free, but Cesar Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominique White in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cesar Jacobson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nick Ervin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costică Aristide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Costică Aristide ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nick Ervin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 92 minutes into the match, Soldotna's Dominique White sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesar Jacobson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Kuqezi booed when Soldotna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Woodrow Carrier didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Soldotna players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kuqezi.
