Fletcher Huffman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Lazaro Connor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th match minute, Grimes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lloyd Loyd to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Royce Bachman made a precise shot to the right of Fletcher Huffman. Grimes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. empanadas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Jed Gilmore scored to the left of an out of position Humberto Baptista, making the score, 1-2. The supporters of Grimes FC booed when empanadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lazaro Connor didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jed Gilmore came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Grimes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jed Gilmore couldn't finish the play. Grimes FC's Fletcher Huffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazaro Connor in the 21st minute of play. Fletcher Huffman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lazaro Connor's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazaro Connor in the 23rd minute of play forced Grimes FC's goalkeeper Fletcher Huffman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joesph Walters hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Grimes FC's zone, Boleslaw Labus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fletcher Huffman came out of the goal and Boleslaw Labus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute Royce Bachman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fletcher Huffman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jed Gilmore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Baptista was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 36 played minutes Grimes FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacques Wade. Boleslaw Labus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fletcher Huffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Royce Bachman in the 41st minute of play. Grimes FC's Fletcher Huffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Labus in the 42nd minute of play. Myles Burke kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Fletcher Huffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boleslaw Labus in the 44th minute of play. After the first half empanadas were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boleslaw Labus was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Boleslaw Labus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the game, Boleslaw Labus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fletcher Huffman. Boleslaw Labus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Grimes FC's Fletcher Huffman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rhett Vazquez in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Royce Bachman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The empanadas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. 62 minutes into the game, Royce Bachman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Fletcher Huffman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Boleslaw Labus managed to get in a good position for a shot. empanadas's supporters rose to their feet, but Boleslaw Labus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fletcher Huffman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grimes FC's Fletcher Huffman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Grimes FC from getting a goal against them. Lazaro Connor succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-7. empanadas's Royce Bachman got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Royce Bachman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Royce Bachman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fletcher Huffman was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Boleslaw Labus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Boleslaw Labus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. In the 89th play minute Boleslaw Labus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fletcher Huffman. 1-9. Royce Bachman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fletcher Huffman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fletcher Huffman was a little too slow when Lazaro Connor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-10.
