In the 25thth minute of the game Sterling Bentley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kuqezi's Cesar Jacobson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Harry Schumacher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cali Pumas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kuqezi the free kick. Isidro Humphries made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Lane Key sent off a good shot on target. Jonah Parson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Costică Aristide recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isidro Humphries. Costică Aristide showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Jack Huang made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sterling Bentley got free with Cesar Jacobson in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 53rd match minute, Cali Pumas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Huang to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th match minute, Kuqezi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bailey House to maneuver through the defense. Wayne Landreth took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cesar Jacobson. Kuqezi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 70th minute, Sterling Bentley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cali Pumas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Cesar Jacobson was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Sterling Bentley capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sterling Bentley really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Cesar Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Harry Schumacher sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Denson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Jacobson having to interfere. Cesar Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Harry Schumacher sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Cali Pumas FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jonah Parson hit a great ball. Cesar Jacobson came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Cali Pumas FC's Sterling Bentley. But to his dismay, Sterling Bentley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The referee felt a red card was in order, 93 minutes into the game, when Matt Esquivel put in a rough tackle. Bronson Tang shot the penalty kick right outside the post. When the final whistle sounded Cali Pumas FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kuqezi.
