Lake Mohawk FC's Dan Feliciano got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Lake Mohawk FC's Lucrețiu Gherase got control of the ball when Domingo Slaughter tried to sneak it across the goal line. DeMarcus Peoples showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Preston Ferreira in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by GKS Łapsze Niżne's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dan Feliciano was slow to take the kick. During this time Lake Mohawk FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Lake Mohawk FC's corner Dan Feliciano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and DeMarcus Peoples quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the GKS Łapsze Niżne defense, Dan Feliciano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of DeMarcus Peoples. The GKS Łapsze Niżne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that DeMarcus Peoples should have stopped the shot. After the first half Lake Mohawk FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dan Feliciano made the kick off in the second half. Domingo Slaughter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucrețiu Gherase having to interfere. Lucrețiu Gherase took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from DeAngelo Denton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 played minutes Lake Mohawk FC got a freekick which was hit by Wendell Dickerson. In the 64th minute of the match Harvey Burkhart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucrețiu Gherase showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lucrețiu Gherase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Whitney Wong in the 66th minute of play. DeMarcus Peoples made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Preston Ferreira sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, GKS Łapsze Niżne's Đỗ Do got a free kick in the 68th minute. DeMarcus Peoples made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Preston Ferreira sent off a good shot on target. Wilson Gold received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. DeMarcus Peoples came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilson Gold slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 73rd minute. A collision led to GKS Łapsze Niżne getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Otto Bates hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Wilson Gold managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lake Mohawk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilson Gold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. DeMarcus Peoples breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Preston Ferreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Carlos Carlini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Lucrețiu Gherase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, GKS Łapsze Niżne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Scottie Saucedo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Preston Ferreira during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lake Mohawk FC's Preston Ferreira got a free kick in the 93rd minute. GKS Łapsze Niżne's DeMarcus Peoples proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save GKS Łapsze Niżne from getting a goal against them.
