In the 7thth minute of the game Glen Lefler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XOLOS LAS VEGAS's Kristen Sterckx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. New Iberia AFC's Glen Lefler was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Bruno Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kristen Sterckx was a little too slow when Glen Lefler got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. Glen Lefler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristen Sterckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glen Lefler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of New Iberia AFC booed when XOLOS LAS VEGAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoffrey Sorensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glen Lefler in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristen Sterckx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes New Iberia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roy Garrison. 32 minutes into the match, Bruno Oskitz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of XOLOS LAS VEGAS's Kristen Sterckx. Kristen Sterckx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. XOLOS LAS VEGAS's Kristen Sterckx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save XOLOS LAS VEGAS from getting a goal against them. New Iberia AFC's Glen Lefler got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Oskitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Kristen Sterckx made a huge save. New Iberia AFC were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after XOLOS LAS VEGAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jess Rainey took the corner. After taking down the ball on New Iberia AFC's corner Jess Rainey fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kristen Sterckx quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Glen Lefler was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Bruno Oskitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristen Sterckx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54th play minutes Bruno Oskitz shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Kristen Sterckx and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in XOLOS LAS VEGAS's zone, Bruno Oskitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristen Sterckx came out of the goal and Bruno Oskitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Oskitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, XOLOS LAS VEGAS's Geoffrey Sorensen got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Bruno Oskitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Kristen Sterckx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. New Iberia AFC's Bruno Oskitz managed to work through XOLOS LAS VEGAS's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Bruno Oskitz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 72 played minutes New Iberia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Máximo Coimbra. 74 minutes into the game, Bruno Oskitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Kristen Sterckx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, Bruno Oskitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristen Sterckx. XOLOS LAS VEGAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Oskitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. 80 minutes into the game, Glen Lefler cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Kristen Sterckx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bruno Oskitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristen Sterckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Oskitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, New Iberia AFC's Bruno Oskitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristen Sterckx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. If Bruno Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
