Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 140) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jeramy Langston got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Bruno Oskitz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ty Yoder. If Bruno Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glen Lefler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Piney's Jeramy Langston sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eduardo Remicio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Stewart Bearden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ty Yoder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jess Rainey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glen Lefler in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ty Yoder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Piney's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jess Rainey was slow to take the kick. During this time New Iberia AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to New Iberia AFC's Felipe Coulter getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jeramy Langston hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When New Iberia AFC's Glen Lefler in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piney's goalie prevented a goal. New Iberia AFC's Eduardo Remicio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeramy Langston in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glen Lefler in the 25th minute of play forced Piney's goalkeeper Ty Yoder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Glen Lefler notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Piney's Ty Yoder. Ty Yoder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roy Garrison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Piney defense, Glen Lefler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ty Yoder. The Piney fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ty Yoder should have stopped the shot. In the 35th match minute, Piney was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Looney to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Bruno Oskitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Iberia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Oskitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ty Yoder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glen Lefler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ty Yoder having to make a save. 40 minutes into the match, Bruno Oskitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ty Yoder. Piney's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Oskitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Stewart Bearden kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. A collision led to New Iberia AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Roy Garrison hit a great ball. The Piney players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. New Iberia AFC were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bruno Oskitz to make the kick off. If Glen Lefler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led New Iberia AFC's Felipe Coulter to fire away a dangerous shot which Ty Yoder despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Glen Lefler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ty Yoder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stewart Bearden hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, New Iberia AFC's Jess Rainey tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, New Iberia AFC's Glen Lefler dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Bruno Oskitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Iberia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Oskitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ty Yoder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Glen Lefler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Yoder having to interfere. Glen Lefler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vince Link charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vince Link the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Glen Lefler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, New Iberia AFC's Glen Lefler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ty Yoder. Ty Yoder yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Glen Lefler had several of the Piney's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Ty Yoder as he didn't even see the shot coming. Glen Lefler was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 93rd minute, Piney's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bruno Oskitz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 94 played minutes New Iberia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Glen Lefler. Eduardo Remicio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Ball in the 95th minute of play.
