Tracy Shah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Bob Hyatt made a huge save. 11 minutes into the match, ACC Mavericks's goalkeeper Bob Hyatt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tracy Shah. Shaki Conn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Procopio, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Nerio Lopez de Toro made a great header on ACC Mavericks's corner, it was just that ForestFire's Shaki Conn managed to reach the ball for a save. Tracy Shah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bob Hyatt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tracy Shah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Bob Hyatt made a huge save. Shaki Conn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Van Clynenbreugel, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Ben Gilliam came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the ForestFire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ben Gilliam couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, ACC Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Tracy Shah came free, but Bob Hyatt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Navarro in the 31st minute of play forced ACC Mavericks's goalkeeper Bob Hyatt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Lucas Navarro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bob Hyatt. ACC Mavericks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Navarro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Nerio Lopez de Toro came free, but Shaki Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes ForestFire's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nerio Lopez de Toro who took care of the corner kick. Tuan Eubanks made a great header on ACC Mavericks's corner, it was just that ForestFire's Shaki Conn managed to reach the ball for a save. Shaki Conn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Procopio in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Lucas Navarro made a precise shot to the right of Bob Hyatt. ACC Mavericks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Lucas Navarro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nerio Lopez de Toro in the 46th minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Shaki Conn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
If Lucas Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute of the match, Nerio Lopez de Toro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Shaki Conn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in ACC Mavericks's zone, Tracy Shah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bob Hyatt came out of the goal and Tracy Shah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bob Hyatt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tracy Shah, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Nerio Lopez de Toro put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Shaki Conn. Genaro Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Shaki Conn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nerio Lopez de Toro in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shaki Conn saved ForestFire from getting behind. ForestFire's Danial Dunbar got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Steve Van Clynenbreugel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Shaki Conn came out and tried to block the shot, but Steve Van Clynenbreugel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 76th minute. ForestFire made a substitution. Todd Mayes replaced Danial Dunbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brad Brock in the 80th minute of play forced ACC Mavericks's goalkeeper Bob Hyatt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shaki Conn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nerio Lopez de Toro in the 84th minute of play. After 85 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Jose Hoyt. If Ben Gilliam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, ForestFire's Shaki Conn got control of the ball when Genaro Procopio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Tracy Shah managed to get in a good position for a shot. ForestFire's supporters rose to their feet, but Tracy Shah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bob Hyatt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Genaro Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaki Conn having to interfere. ACC Mavericks's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
