Spectators: 9203 (Terracing: 6923, Seating: 2100, VIP seats: 180) Shaki Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Chulapa in the 5th minute of the match. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by ForestFire's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Royce Kay was slow to take the kick. During this time Evangel FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Evangel FC's Royce Kay to fire away a dangerous shot which Shaki Conn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 9th minute, Lucas Navarro made a precise shot to the right of Zackary Sampson. Evangel FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Evangel FC's Serginho Chulapa got a free kick in the 12th minute. If Serginho Chulapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A sloppy throw-in by Sal Chamberlain in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Evangel FC's Royce Kay. In the 28th minute Tracy Shah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zackary Sampson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shaki Conn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serginho Chulapa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A well done corner resulted in Georg Ulrich Hendrickson drilling the ball in to score 2-1 behind ForestFire's goalkeeper. Brad Brock hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Brad Brock in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Evangel FC's Johnathon Vargas. Serginho Chulapa might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shaki Conn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serginho Chulapa ran back to his position shaking his head. ForestFire's Shaki Conn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serginho Chulapa in the 42nd minute of play. Serginho Chulapa struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Shaki Conn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Evangel FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serginho Chulapa to strike the kick off in the second half. Zackary Sampson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tracy Shah in the 52nd minute. The throw-in from Sal Chamberlain in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Evangel FC's Carl Hopper. With a little luck, Evangel FC's Zackary Sampson got control of the ball when Tracy Shah tried to sneak it across the goal line. ForestFire's Shaki Conn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serginho Chulapa in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes ForestFire's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Royce Kay who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Evangel FC's Royce Kay to fire away a dangerous shot which Shaki Conn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Terrence Perkins fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Evangel FC's protests and gave Terrence Perkins a yellow card for diving instead. Evangel FC's Neil Whittaker was substituted for Elliott Fuller. A collision led to Evangel FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Terrence Perkins hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Terrence Perkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaki Conn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Terrence Perkins sped through ForestFire's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shaki Conn. The Evangel FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
