Orestis Karnezis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sean Egan in the 15th minute of the match. Tyrone Fowler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Landon Gordon went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 21st match minute, HISPANO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Migúel Herrera to maneuver through the defense. If Adam Mukengechay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orestis Karnezis made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Dante in the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Dante got free with Orestis Karnezis in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filip Pescaru charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Pescaru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 37 played minutes Charles Town got a freekick which was hit by Filip Pescaru. In the 38th minute of the match Landon Gordon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyrone Fowler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Orestis Karnezis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicky Stapleton in the 39th minute. When Saul Goodman fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HISPANO FC's protests and gave Saul Goodman a yellow card for diving instead. Jose Manuel Adan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orestis Karnezis having to make a save. In the 46th match minute, HISPANO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Landon Gordon to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicky Stapleton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Pastor Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 96 minutes of play, Charles Town's Nicky Stapleton made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orestis Karnezis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Charles Town's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
