Spectators: 8000 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 160) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicky Stapleton kicked off to start the match. Charles Town's Tyrone Fowler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reese Otto in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute Tytus Banaszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyrone Fowler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rhys Dimmock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Mukengechay in the 11th minute of play. When Zamalek FC's Leon Posadzki in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Charles Town's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Charles Town defense, Leon Posadzki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tyrone Fowler. The Charles Town fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tyrone Fowler should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reese Otto in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tyrone Fowler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tyrone Fowler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reese Otto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Charles Town getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Adam Mukengechay hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Charles Town's zone, Chunche Montero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tyrone Fowler came out of the goal and Chunche Montero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reese Otto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Sean Egan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rhys Dimmock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tyrone Fowler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diogo Queirós in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Zamalek FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Mugurel Balaeț hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Stapleton in the 62nd minute of play forced Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tyrone Fowler made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tytus Banaszak sent off a good shot on target. Tyrone Fowler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Banaszak in the 66th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Charles Town's goalkeeper Tyrone Fowler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tytus Banaszak. 72 minutes into the match, Charles Town's goal looked a bit too open when Tytus Banaszak came free, but Tyrone Fowler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Town's Mihnea Joldea was substituted for Jose Manuel Adan. After 80 played minutes Charles Town got a freekick which was hit by Moises Baltazar. In the 81st minute, Charles Town's Rashad Jensen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rashad Jensen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Charles Town protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rashad Jensen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 81st minute, Rashad Jensen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tyrone Fowler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chunche Montero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. Tyrone Fowler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zack Grier in the 87th minute of the match. Sergey Krasinskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Zamalek FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davis Duff to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo-Luis Argentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the game, Nicky Stapleton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Rhys Dimmock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Charles Town supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zamalek FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Zamalek FC.
