In the 35th minute Chisholm Rookie were awarded a corner. Jackson Caballero went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Jackson Caballero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Panathinaikos FC's Mario Dutton did a great save. In the 39th minute Dexter Holt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danial McDermott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Paul Iftodi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Buck in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Dutton saved Panathinaikos FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Chisholm Rookie's Wilbert Ashby got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match 乔光云 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danial McDermott showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match was over Panathinaikos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chisholm Rookie throughout the match.
