Spectators: 6975 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1975, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Darrem Caton kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Bamboo Village Stars's Natasha Curtis got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Sherwin Gopee-Scoon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Growling Orminston Abdulah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Growling Orminston Abdulah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sherwin Gopee-Scoon's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Bill Duprey charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Trinbago Allstars's supporters rose to their feet, but Darrem Caton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohammed Whitley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Everald Savary could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Growling Orminston Abdulah made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sherwin Gopee-Scoon in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Growling Orminston Abdulah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Growling Orminston Abdulah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sherwin Gopee-Scoon, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Sherwin Gopee-Scoon came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Bamboo Village Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sherwin Gopee-Scoon couldn't finish the play. Mohammed Whitley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sterling Scott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Bamboo Village Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Darrem Caton came free, but Mohammed Whitley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sherwin Gopee-Scoon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Darrem Caton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Growling Orminston Abdulah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everald Savary in the 59th minute of the match. Mohammed Whitley came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Trinbago Allstars's Sterling Scott. But to his dismay, Sterling Scott quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Growling Orminston Abdulah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natasha Curtis in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, one of Trinbago Allstars:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Bamboo Village Stars. Samuel Stalin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Growling Orminston Abdulah. 1-1. 91 minutes into the match, Darrem Caton notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Bamboo Village Stars's Mohammed Whitley. Mohammed Whitley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 99th minute, Graph Ramgoonai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Bamboo Village Stars supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Trinbago Allstars's performance. The match ended with a win for Trinbago Allstars.
