After recieving a nice pass, Kernaham's Jack Dookeran tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Arthur Raymond Lyons might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paolo Walcott. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arthur Raymond Lyons ran back to his position shaking his head. 85 minutes into the match, Kernaham's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Raymond Lyons came free, but Paolo Walcott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lengua FC's zone, Bertie Camps stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerren Panday came out of the goal and Bertie Camps tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Arthur Raymond Lyons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Walcott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nigel Lassalle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Paolo Walcott tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Lengua FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kernaham throughout the match.
