Junia Kenny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darren Devika Sharma having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lengua Fire's zone, Anantanand Sealy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hayden Hussein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anantanand Sealy's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Graph Castagne's late challenge caught a Lengua Fire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Graph Castagne helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Hardbargin got a freekick which was hit by Graph Castagne. When Junia Kenny got free in front of the goal in the 47th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Darren Devika Sharma was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After having played for 55 minutes, Graph Castagne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hardbargin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Graph Castagne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anantanand Sealys short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Hayden Hussein to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 61st minute, Mustapha Duprey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lengua Fire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With a little luck, Lengua Fire's Hayden Hussein got control of the ball when Anantanand Sealy tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angus Chanté couldn't finish the play. Hardbargin's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Lengua Fire had won, even though Hardbargin had held more of the ball.
