Spectators: 6977 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1977, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roaring Denoon started the match with the kick off. Roaring Guiseppi-Elie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Wintley Simmons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Roaring Guiseppi-Elie put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Wintley Simmons. 19 minutes into the match, Piarco Falcons's goal looked a bit too open when Roaring Guiseppi-Elie came free, but Wintley Simmons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hardbargin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Makandal Sinanan in the 21st minute. The supporters of Piarco Falcons booed when Hardbargin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roaring Guiseppi-Elie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piarco Falcons's Wintley Simmons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roaring Guiseppi-Elie in the 26th minute of play. If Roaring Denoon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgar Byron's late challenge caught a Piarco Falcons's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Byron helped the player get up and apologised. Julius Jones went to the wrong direction when Black Logie was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 36th minute of the match, Lewis Andrew Cipriani got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julius Jones was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Craig Andrews recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Wintley Simmons made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Craig Andrews sent off a good shot on target. Craig Andrews's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Wintley Simmons skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hardbargin's Julius Jones played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roaring Denoon in the 78th minute of play. Lewis Andrew Cipriani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julius Jones having to interfere. Julius Jones stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lewis Andrew Cipriani's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Craig Andrews got free with Wintley Simmons in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the game, Roaring Denoon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Julius Jones was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rudolph Ramdial kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Craig Andrews could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Wintley Simmons made a huge save. The Hardbargin supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hardbargin would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
