In the 19th minute, Jamal Dhansook got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st match minute, Bonne Aventure was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Gooljar to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Stephen Cupid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bon Accord's Nick Ocean has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 25th minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Kelvin Bradley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bonne Aventure's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kelvin Bradley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Philmore Jagdeosingh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jamal Dhansook was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bonne Aventure's goal looked a bit too open when Daren Bradshaw came free, but Patrick Childish reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrick Childish showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamal Dhansook, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Bonne Aventure's goal looked a bit too open when Daren Bradshaw came free, but Patrick Childish reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Bonne Aventure's Kelvin Bradley dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 69 minutes into the match, Bon Accord's Brian Charles Bonair-Agard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Patrick Childish came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Bon Accord's Wes Daniel. But to his dismay, Wes Daniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Bonne Aventure's zone, Jamal Dhansook stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Childish came out of the goal and Jamal Dhansook tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kelvin Bradley struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Rudranath Abraham didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonne Aventure. Daren Bradshaw might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Childish. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daren Bradshaw ran back to his position shaking his head. Jamal Dhansook charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jamal Dhansook the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bon Accord's Jamal Dhansook got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 85th play minutes Kelvin Bradley shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Rudranath Abraham and just under the crossbar into goal. If Kelvin Bradley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bonne Aventure getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emru Millette hit a great ball. Patrick Childish showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamal Dhansook in the 95th minute of the match. The Bonne Aventure supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bonne Aventure would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
