Lauderic Ramjohn-Richards tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lauderic Ramjohn-Richards didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sterling Sooklal went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Seon Wolfe kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brighton Stars fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! After 26 played minutes club sando got a freekick which was hit by Angus Abdul-Hamid. In the 37th match minute, Brighton Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelius Asher to maneuver through the defense. After 40 played minutes club sando got a freekick which was hit by Denesh Springer. In the 41st minute, Seon Wolfe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauderic Ramjohn-Richards was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ken Elcock struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Lauderic Ramjohn-Richards didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brighton Stars. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Seon Wolfe was the one to do the kick off. A wasted opportunity for Brighton Stars. A collision led to Brighton Stars getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Julian Harris hit a great ball. Don Persaud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Seon Wolfe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The club sando fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brighton Stars were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
